XRP ETF inflows do not come from the funds themselves. None of the five US spot XRP ETF fund pages we opened on November 6, 2026 shows a daily dollar flow. Headline figures come from aggregators such as SoSoValue, and you can test them against issuer data.
Where each fund publishes its numbers
Each issuer shows different fields, and none shows a flow.
| Fund page | Shares outstanding | XRP held | Net assets | Cumulative inflow (SoSoValue) | Latest 10-Q covers |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bitwise XRP | 37,210,000 | 415,365,129 | $514.37M | $681.75M | June 30 |
| Franklin XRPZ | 28,600,000 | 310,430,333 | $384.38M | $524.16M | June 30 |
| Canary XRPC | Not listed | 243,714,802 | $301.81M | $484.73M | June 30 |

Why inflows and net assets can point opposite ways
An inflow is money moved by creating or redeeming shares. Net assets also move with the XRP price, which is why they say little about demand alone.
Franklin’s XRPZ shows the split. From the October 16 flow figures we recorded to November 5, XRP in the fund rose from 301,795,331 to 310,430,333, while net assets fell from $390.92 million to $384.38 million.
A headline built on net assets would call that shrinking demand, yet the fund held 8.64 million more XRP.
Rebuild a flow from shares outstanding
- Note shares outstanding and the date from the issuer page.
- Subtract the previous reading to get the net change in shares.
- Multiply that change by NAV per share for the same date.
- Compare the result with the aggregator’s flow for that window.
Basket size gives you a quick sanity test. Franklin creates and redeems in 50,000-share units, so at its $13.44 NAV the smallest XRPZ move is about $672,000. Grayscale and 21Shares use 10,000-share baskets.
Where shares are not listed, use XRP held. On XRPZ, the 8.64 million added XRP, valued at the implied price at each end of the window (about $1.30 and $1.24), come to $11.2 million and $10.7 million.
SoSoValue’s cumulative column rose $11.36 million, so the two sources roughly match, though the later SoSoValue reading carries no as-of date.
Timing errors that produce a wrong number
Before the US open on November 6, SoSoValue showed $0.00 for all five funds while its history table read “Not updated,” the label it uses when issuers disclose at different times. A loading banner was also still on the page, so treat that zero as missing data until issuer share counts confirm it.
Dates also differ on a single page. Bitwise showed holdings dated November 5 beside a NAV dated November 4, and Canary showed November 6 holdings beside November 5 net assets. Match the dates before you multiply.
Grayscale’s 10-Q books creations on trade date but settles them on T+1 or T+2, so XRP in custody can trail a recorded flow.
What SEC filings confirm, and how late they arrive
The issuer’s own dollar totals sit in the 10-Q on SEC EDGAR. Grayscale’s, filed November 5, reports $13.92 million of shares issued and none redeemed in the third quarter, 36 days after the quarter closed. Over nine months it issued $80.50 million and redeemed $180.78 million.
Filings also help you read odd rows. TOXR shows negative cumulative inflows beside $132.86 million in assets. Its 10-Q records Ripple Markets buying 10,000,000 seed shares for $220.7 million in December 2024, a year before the fund’s December 2025 inception.
That block equals about 90% of the 11.11 million shares outstanding at June 30. SoSoValue does not say whether its series includes the seed, but the numbers are consistent with one that starts at listing. First-half 2026 redemptions also weigh on it: 4.25 million shares out, 1.47 million in.
GXRP needs the same care: Grayscale says it was a private placement until November 24, 2025. Our Grayscale XRP ETF explainer covers how custody and access work.
A verified flow still predicts nothing by itself. Ethereum ETF flows show the same gap between fund demand and spot price.
XRP ETF inflow questions
Do XRP ETF issuers publish daily inflows?
None of the five fund pages we opened on November 6, 2026 shows a daily dollar flow. They list holdings, net assets and, in three cases, shares outstanding. Dollar totals for creations and redemptions appear in quarterly 10-Q filings.
Why does a tracker show $0.00 for an XRP ETF?
It can mean no shares were created or redeemed, or that the data has not posted yet. SoSoValue marks late issuer data “Not updated”, so check that label, then compare shares outstanding on the next issuer update.
Do XRP ETF inflows mean the price will rise?
No flow figure guarantees a price move. XRPZ added XRP from October 16 to November 5, 2026 while the implied XRP price fell from about $1.30 to $1.24. This is data checking, not investment advice.
